state diabetic health insurance in hawaii?

I’m 20 years old, soon to be 21 in feb. I live in hawaii and am currently a full time student. I was wondering if there’s any state health insurance I could apply for?? Also I’d like to add that I live with my mom but have been thinking of moving out, I dont know if one would be a better choice?
