Where can I get good reasonable health insurance for diabetic grandchild. Has medicaid until Aug. 1?

My granddaughter is type 1 diabetic, brittle. Needs a pump. She is on Medicaid but they will not qualify after August 1 because her mom got married.
I cannot expect a new step father to cover her so I will pay…
